It is a journey which enables you to live intentionally by responding to life rather than reacting to it.

The journey from "here to there" is a journey of balance.  You will discover how to live a balanced life, freeing yourself from chaos and disorder by discovering the things that drain you both emotionally and physically and replacing those with things that energize you and allow you to enjoy a life of beauty, order, peace and harmony.
